As chief information officer and senior vice president, Daniel Volk leads the global information technology function with responsibility for infrastructure, end user computing, enterprise systems, enterprise architecture and governance. Additionally, as a member of the executive leadership team, he partners with the global service line technology functions on strategy and delivery.
Volk began his career with Crawford in 1991 and has held multiple positions within the information technology department before being named vice president and chief information officer for U.S. services in 2015. He assumed his current role as corporate chief information officer and senior vice president in 2020.
Volk holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the GeorgiaCIO network. Volk was the recipient or the Georgia CIO of the Year ORBIE in 2022.
