Verma has spearheaded the deployment of best-in-class, AI-driven HR technologies, harmonized global processes and streamlined workflows to enhance organizational agility and employee engagement. A skilled business leader with deep expertise in human capital, she is committed to advancing diversity and inclusion while fostering continuous learning and growth.
With decades of leadership experience in organizational effectiveness, executive coaching and employee development, Verma brings a global perspective shaped by working across the United States, United Kingdom and Asia. She has authored several articles in leading HR and business journals and co-edited the book Workforce Wake-up Call: Your Workforce is Changing, Are You? Her contributions to the field have been recognized by honors such as “Elite Women in Insurance” (2020) and “Hot 100” (2021) by Insurance Business America.
Prior to Crawford, Verma held senior roles as both a consultant to Fortune 500 companies and an internal talent leader at Arthur Andersen, Hewitt Associates and LexisNexis. She holds a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York and remains passionate about building workplaces where people can thrive and reach their full potential.
