Larry C. Thomas is global president of Platform Solutions, which includes Contractor Connection and the newly formed Networks business unit. He is responsible for the global service line's operations, ongoing services diversification, technology innovation and growth initiatives.
Contractor Connection, which is Crawford’s contractor property managed repair business, provides services such as contractor recruitment, credentialing and performance management for the insurance industry and consumers. It currently operates in the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia and Germany. Thomas has grown Contractor Connection into an industry leader by focusing on a client centric approach and leveraging innovative technology and network solutions.
The newly formed Networks business unit is comprised of WeGoLook, Simply Crawford, Crawford Workforce Advantage and U.S. Catastrophe Services. It provides a network aggregation capability that allows clients to outsource work that is extremely transactional but requires precise execution to meet and exceed the demands of an ever-changing marketplace.
With 37 years of experience at Crawford & Company, Larry has extensive claims experience. Throughout his tenure at Crawford, he has held several leadership positions where he has focused on improving quality assurance and the overall customer experience for insurance carriers while elevating performance and enhancing business opportunities for network business partners. He is a long time Crawford executive and member of Crawford’s Executive Leadership Team and has served on the board of directors for the North Florida Better Business Bureau for 20 years.
