As global chief transformation officer, Roberto manages the enhancement and simplification of Crawford’s operational ecosystem. His responsibilities include optimizing operational capabilities, safeguarding assets and driving a culture of continuous improvement. He also oversees the broader global operational excellence organization which includes information technology, information security and Crawford’s Global Business Service Center.
Prior to this role, Roberto served as president, Latin America, and was responsible for driving new business growth and leading operations across Crawford's extensive network of 15 offices in the Latin America region. He effectively transformed Crawford into one of Latin America’s largest claims-management solutions providers. In 2019, he was instrumental in the acquisition of Crawford Carvallo, a long-time partner in Chile and market leader in loss adjusting, affinity and legal services, which expanded the company’s on-the-ground capabilities and expertise in the region. As president, Roberto embraced technology solutions, a client-centric approach to sales and problem solving and a commitment to setting new standards for the industry.
