He left in 2006 to become senior vice president of business development and client services for a major U.S.-based third-party administrator, overseeing sales and account management, the analytics team and global TPA service.

Praised for his ability to create and execute strategies that meet client needs and foster business growth, Hoberman returned to Broadspire in 2012 as senior vice president of business development and client services. In 2021, he was appointed to his current role as president of Broadspire and to the executive leadership team.
