Crawford® General Counsel to Present at Extra-Contractual & Bad Faith Liability Conference

Nelson, executive vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary and chief administrative officer, will present during the Extra-Contractual & Bad Faith Liability Conference on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 8 a.m. Eastern time. The event takes place at the Carlton Hotel on Madison Avenue, New York.
Nelson will be part of a panel that addresses topics including avoiding bad faith claims, claims management best practices, recouping defense costs, and managing and paying outside counsel. It will be the first presentation of several that will take place during the two-day conference, which aims to provide attendees with the latest insights and expert advice on litigation trends, emerging theories of liability and the most effective defense and settlement strategies.
